Buying a property can be both an exciting and stressful undertaking. At All Real Estate NT our agents seek to guide you through the process and provide you with support and information to assist to make the purchase process as smooth as possible. Offer to Purchase: Should you decide to make a offer to purchase a property being marketed by All Real Estate you can do so verbally, directly to the sales agent, or completing and emailing / texting the All Real Estate Offer Form. If you do submit your offer verbally the sales agent will seek to obtain the information outlined on the offer form, in order to provide as much detail on your offer as possible to provide to the vendor.
Conveyancers: Conveyancers can complete the legal work needed for the sale and transfer of property. This may include explaining the contract of sale provisions, facilitiating any changes to the contract, liason with your lender regarding finance approval, arranging and attending at settlement.
